As you’ve read in my previous blog posts, the first level of self-awareness is awareness of our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and surroundings. It is the recognition that we are the creators of our own reality. It is what we call the “I” part of our brain.

Most people get this part of the brain all wrong, and because of that, they tend to be unable to do something as simple as taking a shower. But with a little self-awareness, you can learn to take care of yourself.

A much more important self-awareness is that of how you spend your time. What you do on a daily basis can make or break your happiness. We know this because we have seen it play out in people’s lives. For instance, if you are on a diet, then eating at a restaurant is a sure sign of your life getting worse. But if you are on the run, then the run to your fast food joint is a sure sign of your happiness.

This is especially true when you work out. The more you exercise, the more time you have to exercise. The more time you spend in the gym, the more likely you are to get more activity, which is a sure sign that your life is improving and that you are getting happier.

The same is true for the gym. The more you go, the more active you are. The more you go, the more likely you are to get more exercise, which is a sure sign that your life is improving and that you are getting happier. Again, if you are already getting exercise more than your peers, then you are probably already getting a lot happier than your peers.

If you are already getting a ton of exercise, then you are already getting a lot happier than your peers. We have all heard of the quote “work hard, play hard”. It goes a long way towards explaining that point, and in many cases, being extremely active can also contribute to happiness. If you are already doing some of the things you are already doing, then you are already getting a lot happier than your peers.

This is a great point, because if you are already getting a ton of exercise, then you are already getting a lot happier than your peers. Most of us are already getting a ton of exercise, so there is no reason we can’t be happy.

Just like happiness, exercise is also a good thing. It can definitely help you live a longer, healthier life. However, being on a diet or running a lot of miles is not the same as being happy. You still have to balance your time, energy, and happiness.

The problem is if you start running and don’t stop exercising for long enough, you will start losing your happiness. This happens in the same way as losing weight. When you eat junk food, you don’t feel good, and you don’t lose weight. However, if you eat healthy, balanced foods, you start losing weight, and you feel good.
